Sure? The Porter(the CIA union were these, if anybody recalls) is an operations officer outed by poison. The old way of doing that, but, maybe, those were'nt roadside bombs?

Bombs explode on roads outside Madrid

Five small bombs exploded on roads close to the Spanish capital Madrid today, news reports said.
The daily newspaper El Mundo said no one was injured in the blasts and there was little damage, El Mundo’s website reported.
The report said police were searching for more devices following a warning call from the armed Basque group ETA that five devices had been planted.
